Heather Heimerl Brunold
Executive Director / Licensee
Heather Heimerl Brunold brings more than two decades as a thought leader in education with a specialty in adolescent development and family/school dynamics. After completing her doctorate in education from the University of Southern California, Heather became recognized as an expert in school-type and its role in college preparation.
As a fifth-generation Southern Californian, Heather grew up in La Canada and Pasadena. As Co-Owner/CEO, she established PreparedToLaunch, LLC: a cutting-edge education consulting firm which strives to cultivate healthy partnerships between parents and high schools, high schools and colleges, and across cultures, in order to establish real long-term success for a young person’s future.

She is truly happiest when someone is understanding something, learning something, or enhancing themselves in a way they have never before thought possible. This passion, coupled with her specialized skillset for building relationships, is the approach she has taken in the lead role on this year’s TEDxPasadenaWomen as Executive Director/Licensee.
